一、基本情况

张新,男,1973年8月生人,祖籍河北易县,中国科学院空天信息创新研究院,遥感科学国家重点实验室研究员、博士生导师,环境健康遥感研究室主任;国家科技部“北斗星动能”科技示范工程副总设计师,国家重点研发计划重大项目首席科学家。

2004年6月在中国科学院地理科学与资源研究所,获地图学与地理信息系统博士学位,并在中国科学院遥感应用研究所从事博士后研究工作,2006年8月博士后出站就职于中国科学院遥感应用研究所,遥感科学国家重点实验室至今,曾任助理研究员、副研究员,2013年3月晋升为研究员。2017年11月赴美国威斯康辛大学地理系,从事为期一年的高级访问学者合作研究工作,回国后于中国科学院遥感与数字地球研究所,担任环境健康遥感研究室主任、博士研究生指导教师至今。

研究方向为遥感大数据时空分析,面向国家重大战略需求,在防灾减灾、农业估产、海洋及生态环境等遥感综合应用领域教育经历
